Sweet Home
Unlike many typical apartment
communities, the developers of Courtney Villages
went out of their way to make each of their
apartment homes feel more like, well, a home. At
Courtney Villages you won’t find plain white walls
and cabinetry, cheap linoleum flooring, and
little-to-no storage. Instead, residents are treated
to oak cabinets, deep garden tubs, high ceilings,
ceramic tile, and full-size washers and dryers. And
that’s really just the beginning.
“It
really does feel like home,” says property manager
and resident Ginger Keaton. “The neighbors are very
friendly, the grounds are spectacular, and the
apartments are very cozy and inviting. We even
screened in all our porches and lanais, giving our
residents even more living space.”
With seven floor
plans to choose from, ranging from the one-bedroom,
one-bath Egret model at 879 square feet to the
3-bedroom, 2-bath, 1,465-square-foot Sandhill,
finding the perfect home to fit your needs is
simple.
Ginger notes that
while the apartments themselves are reason enough to
live at Courtney Villages, the amenities offered to
residents are second-to-none when compared to other
apartment communities.
The development
boasts a billiards entertainment room with a large
LCD television—perfect for watching the big game
with friends—gaming tables, and an extensive DVD
library that gets updated with new releases on a
monthly basis. The Cyber Café includes
Internet-ready computers for completing projects or
just simply checking e-mail. A tanning studio, a
resort-style swimming pool, and a spacious sun deck
are also offered—all at no additional charge to the
residents.
For those
adventurous and active spirits that call Courtney
Villages home, the community offers the use of
mountain bikes, features a state-of-the-art fitness
pavilion with free weights, has plenty of available
space for brisk walks or jogs (with pet care
stations along the way for easy pet cleanup), and
offers pet lovers their very own “Paw Park” where
dogs can run unleashed.
Speaking of pets,
there is no weight restriction and large dogs are
welcome.
“I have a Labrador
pup and we love to take walks around the grounds,”
Ginger says. “We’re a very pet-friendly facility and
Shiloh has already made plenty of four-legged
friends.”
The office staff at
Courtney Villages is friendly, courteous, and always
willing to assist both current and potential
residents—whether it’s with an extensive tour of the
property for a prospective resident or by notarizing
an important document for a current resident.
“Through our ‘At
Your Service’ program we also offer housekeeping
services, home decorating assistance, and dry
cleaning service,” says Ginger. “The office staff
will gladly accept packages on your behalf and we
offer residents access to fax services, postage,
copiers, scanners, and other needed office
equipment.”
For Ginger and her
dedicated staff, it’s about making her residents’
lives easier. As a matter of fact, residents can pay
application fees, deposits, and their monthly rent
online each month. How’s that for convenience?
In addition to the
helpful services offered to residents, once or twice
a month, the office staff treats one lucky resident,
along with their co-workers, to a free and tasty
lunch. Ginger says it’s just another small way to
show the residents that they’re appreciated and
cared for.
Courtney
Villages makes their residents feel more comfortable
by including an audible intrusion alarm on all doors
and windows (with monitoring made available), and
24-hour emergency maintenance service ensures that
any issues you may have will be remedied quickly.
Courtney Villages
is located conveniently in beautiful Lady Lake, just
a short drive from The Villages, Ocala, and Orlando
and about an hour from each of Florida’s beautiful
coastlines.
“You have to see
this community to fully appreciate it,” Ginger says.
“Courtney Villages is truly a beautiful place to
call home.”
